Both mods are available on the prominent Nexus modding community. The first (by chrisco93) removes the frankly fairly ugly underwear from the game, but leaves characters rather smooth. The second (by l2dusk) actually adds the naughty bits.
Of course, the links to the mods include not safe for work imagery. You’ve been warned. In any case, you’ll need to have or create an account on the Nexus in order to see them at all, as for all adult mods.
Outside the main city in the game (Gran Soren) there are several oxes. Kill them and pick up their meat and let it stay in your inventory for a few days (you can probably sleep at the inn to speed it up, though it will cost some money). Incidentally, the second mod also allows you to reduce or remove the Arisen chest scar, if you so wish.
