Well, I'm seeking for some interesting and original ideas for boss fights. Some kind of minigame or custom rule to make it more interesting.
BossI have some:

LionWing Publishing is raising funds for Kradia: Wild Hunt Festival — A JRPG Board Game on Kickstarter! A cooperative JRPG card & dice battle game for 1-4 players ft. Class-based combat, character progression, and challenging boss battles!

My husband cheated on me for a year i found out 3 months in the year. A friend called me one day and told me who the girl was, i said nothing to him, but one day i travelled and the friend messaged me and told me hes at the girls house, i called my aunt and told her to check it out for me. 2,359 play times. Before each boss is fought by the level's respective Yoshi and Baby Mario, Kamek shows up on his broomstick to taunt the Yoshi before using his magic to super-size them. Naval Piranha, the second boss of the third world, is no different. But a famous cheat allows you to defeat her before the battle even begins. Jan 27, 2018 Aside from the story itself, boss battles can be an element of a game that sticks with the player long after completion. /leaning-in-game-is-cheating.html. For example, let’s take a look at the Zelda series. The Zelda franchise has some of the most iconic boss encounters in video game history as well as a lot of my own personal favorites.

  • The Warp: The PC's are fighting in some 'Time Warp'/Distortion world/Whatever, so they keep being swapped from one map to another one, so they must fight in four maps at one time, so they can fall into some cliffs, get surrounded by enemies or lost your cover in the blink of one eye. Basically I just numerate the board, roll 1d4, and then put the player in the same square of the other map. Inspired by the final boss in Borderlands the pre-Sequel.
  • The ballista: Just use some darts and a dartboard, the player throw the dart instead of just rolling a dice, the damage done by the ballista is the number in the board, double and triple ring included (instead of having a critic when you roll a 20), if they hit the bullseye I roll in a critic table. Then I can send them a giant beast with a very huge CR and let them use some siege weapons, because siege weapons can be very boring if you just roll some dice, here you can feel like you are actually shooting something. Does anyone remembers the beginning of the witcher 2?
  • Plagiarise some of the The Legend of Zelda/God of War moments in boss fights. Just let them climb into the monster or something like that. Imagine the Ganon fight of the Ocarina of Time.

Well, any good ideas out there? I don't use this stuff too often, but in some fights, these kind of things add a lot to the fight. Hitting a giant monster with darts, fighting a mad wizard in a parallel dimension while being transported to a lot of weird places, or climbing a giant beast like in shadow of the colossus are pretty memorable battles, or at least my group loved them, so I'm seeking for some nice ideas for boss battles.Cheated
